We’re proud to have our very first interview featured in The Hype Magazine!
Check out M!ke Anthony’s first in-depth story here:
I’m back on my acoustic hip hop thing. There’s, of course, an acoustic guitar, along with an electric guitar and a synth lead later on in the song.
The drums are fairly simple, which I think compliments the rhythm of the guitar.
I also threw a few 808′s in there for you, so I hope the low end doesn’t overpower the rest of the instruments!
I hope you enjoy.
Here’s another very simple guitar instrumental. Not too short this time, as a few of our fans expressed that the 1 Page Letter song was a bit too short. So I tried to make it the typical three-minute length song.
I like my complicated compositions sometimes, but I still believe that the simple stuff can be very effective.
So you won’t hear any special effects, not too many drops or instruments at all. This song is pretty much a few guitar licks and a few drums behind that.
3 verses that are almost identical, repetitive flow, simple structure.
I hope you enjoy!
Thanks for listening!

This little funky thing I did recently. I had lots of fun with this. If you’re a fan of Daft Punk, you should dig this kind of sound. Or if you’re just into funky, feeling-good kind of stuff, you should like this one.
Party, have a good time!

This is a very special song that I put together for a very special somebody.
I decided to dedicate this song to someone on YouTube who totally hates me and every musical thing that I do. So while I have their attention, I thought I’d write a little tune especially for them.
The whole ‘being chased’ theme comes from the feeling of trying to be chased away from what I love to do the most. Unfortunately, I won’t be quitting anytime soon.
Always follow your dreams. No matter what stands in your way.
This is a hip hop instrumental with some minor ethnic influence. This song has quite a nice groove.

There’s really no story behind this song, rather my long time love for rock music influenced this production. From beginning to end, whenever I listen to this music, I can’t help but feel like I’ve come a long way. So I called it All Growed Up.
The most important thing is I hope you enjoy listening to this.
Hola, it’s me again.
So the feeling I immediately get from this song is sitting in a coffee shop or a cafe downtown somewhere. It’s just the vibe I get when I’m in the city on a nice day and I feel good, people walking by, sounds of life behind me, and some good music playing from above.
Kinda makes you want to snap your fingers or clap or something.
So I went ahead and ran with that feeling by adding some cafe shop sounds behind the music.
The effects you’ll hear are of a shop opening up for the day and the employees getting the machines ready, some coffee brewing, etc.
I hope you enjoy!
Today’s forecast was partly sunny, and since I had no other name for this song, I decided to name it after the nice weather. Plus this one feels good.
This is a bit of soul and hip hop mashed together.
This song has a nice catchy acoustic piano, an electric piano with a wah-wah effect, and a Wurlitzer organ. There’s a synth pad that comes in during the hook sections only, which is a nice touch I think.
If you’re a fan of the Soul Music instrumental, then I think you’ll like this one.
Simple and effective. The hook is my favorite part.
Tempo: 94 bpm
Here’s another page from my journal. The second part to the Thoughts and Rain instrumental. Just a few thoughts of mine as we sat down for a bite to eat.
The video is slightly different from the actual journal entry.
The wind is picking up tonight. It’s breezy but we decided to hang out at the cafe anyway.
We’re regulars here.
It’s Thursday and a band is here. I’m not sure of the name.
Just guitars and stuff, no words or anything. They sound ok…
Behind us, a few idle conversations and laughter.
Besides the breeze, everything is calm here.
Perfect for her and I. And the wind, I guess…
Strange because we usually talk the entire time. You know, everything about nothing. That kind of thing.
This time we couldn’t find the words.
Sometimes it happens like that…
Speechless, all I can do is stare.
The pretty eyes across from mine…
How you set my mind free…
Thanks for listening.
