Our very first mix tape has just been released!
Featuring 10 great songs by various talented artists from around the country.
Here’s a song I never thought about sharing before until now. This one is a little strange. I tried to emulate an actual record that a DJ would be spinning. You’ll see what I mean…
Some kind of experimental hip hop thing, I guess. For those who want to kick a quick flow, this may intrigue you. Thanks for listening!
This is the instrumental to my remix of the Notorious BIG & Bob Marley song called “Hold Ya Head.”
Since the original song featured a sample from Bob Marley, I decided to make an entirely reggae version of the song.Let me know what you think.
You can check out the remix here. Hope you like!
There’s really no story behind this song, rather my long time love for rock music influenced this production. From beginning to end, whenever I listen to this music, I can’t help but feel like I’ve come a long way. So I called it All Growed Up.
The most important thing is I hope you enjoy listening to this.
You ever been walking and it just started raining on your head? You didn’t forget the umbrella, did you?
This is a song for that kind of day.
Electric guitars and stuff.
Tempo: 76 bpm
This is actually an instrumental that I submitted, along with another similar acoustic song, for a film opportunity, which I was not selected for. So I decided to share the song with you all.
The video is made up of lots of quotes about love. I hope you like them.
As always, thank you so much for listening!
Tempo: 90 bpm
This is a true experimental film score. I’ve been sharpening my skills in the genre and hope to eventually build up a decent catalog to present to some publishers.
The video I put together is of a man who appears to be running away from wherever he came from, never to return, hence the name Never Go Back.
A few quotes were used in this video —
“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” —Mark Twain
“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” —Mahatma Gandhi
As always, thanks for watching and listening.
Tempo: 90 bpm
This is a very simple, but effective piano instrumental. This one feels like an old record.
This is an intro-style song, so it is very short.
Thanks for listening!
Tempo: 75 bpm
