Yes, they’re great. They’re free and easy to use. YouTube download websites have popped up all over the internet. Some work great while others don’t do a thing at all. I’ve used them and still do on occasion when I have to.
The problem is, the music I post on YouTube 80% of the time IS NOT the same exact version as what I upload to this website. While people may want the quicker and easier way to download this music, it’s not the smartest way to go about it. I frequently upload videos with an ‘unoriginal’ 2nd version of the same beat for various reasons. One of them because of my tracking purposes. Another reason is because the video is just to get the music online. I’m not too worried about the quality, arrangement or the length of the music being used in the video because the real, downloadable version of the same music will be the final version. The final version is the one that I feel is ok to share which is why I put it up for download.
I have seen some people lately using outside sites to download the music directly from the video audio. That is fine if you are happy with that. Just remember that in most cases, you will not have the official, real version of that instrumental and may even have a worse quality or possibly shorter version than what I have uploaded here. Not all YouTube videos are encoded in HD format which means the quality will likely suffer when being streamed on a site like YouTube. You may not be able to tell, but trust me. It just isn’t the same.
With all that said, I love you all for the support and for your listens and downloads. Please feel free to continue using whatever means you have to download the music we produce. Just remember that if you want the real, official release of this music in the best quality version that I have, download the music from this website.
Peace!
